ITGI Sponsors

Sponsors are primarily for-profit companies that have implemented the COBIT framework and/or are willing to provide ITGI with an external, commercial view of trends, issues and opportunities to advance IT governance within the enterprise environment and the global business community. (Some individuals may wish to participate in this way as well.)

Potential sponsors should have an interest in contributing insight, ideas and financial resources to ITGI to ensure that the COBIT framework and ITGI's IT governance guidance are comprehensive and continue to evolve to meet the governance needs of the business community over the long term. It is assume that sponsors will also have an interest in pre-release access to ITGI intellectual property (IP).

Criteria for Becoming a Sponsor:

• For-profit multinational, national or regional organization that uses or has an interest in the COBIT framework as the basis for IT governance, assurance, security and other IT governance issues
